Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent, paralegal here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 9 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
