Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (Madison)

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 13 weeks. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
