Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (Honolulu)

Ingrid Oyelaran · 2026-04-25T07:55:02.535Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 3 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
