Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent, forklift operator here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 7 weeks. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
