Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - first time posting

A retailer and two warehouses near Baltimore are hiring seasonal staff. Any experience at all would help. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
