Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 9 weeks. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
