Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - first time posting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Nashville that might lead to something longer. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
