Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 10 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
