Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - first time posting

Riley Farrow · 2026-07-23T10:46:40.566Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 14 weeks. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
