Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 9 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
