Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - first time posting

Freya Jansen · 2026-09-11T04:54:07.428Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 17 weeks. It has been a long 2 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
