Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 3 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
