Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 5 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
