Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Detroit that might lead to something longer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
