Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Boston that might lead to something longer. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
