Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tucson that might lead to something longer. Any experience at all would help. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
