Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent (Buffalo)

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 12 weeks. Thank you in advance. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
