Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

Leila Osei · 2026-04-22T06:17:43.061Z

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Boston that might lead to something longer. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
