Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

A retailer and two warehouses near Madison are hiring seasonal staff. It has been weighing on me all week. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
