Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

A retailer and two warehouses near Toledo are hiring seasonal staff. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
