Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Boise that might lead to something longer. I worked as a medical assistant before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
