Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

Gabriel Winters · 2026-05-06T08:08:46.536Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 3 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
