Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

Kwame Andersson · 2026-08-26T19:07:25.273Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 8 weeks. I am in Boston, in case local advice matters. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
