Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

Anya Iyer · 2026-09-05T21:35:27.563Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
