Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

Alex Marchetti · 2026-04-14T15:30:51.246Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 6 weeks. I worked as a quality inspector before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
