Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

Wren Whitfield · 2026-06-11T18:58:04.186Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 5 weeks. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
