Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Richmond that might lead to something longer. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
