Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 7 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
