Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

Pilar Bergstrom · 2026-04-26T05:50:19.793Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 16 weeks. It has been a long 5 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
