Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 13 weeks. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
