Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

Oluwaseun Farrow · 2026-06-14T18:40:04.009Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 12 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
