Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 16 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
