Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent - any advice?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. Thank you in advance. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
