Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 8 years as an HR coordinator

Nia Nystrom · 2026-05-29T09:16:29.402Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 8 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
