Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 8 years as an administrative assistant

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 8 weeks. It has been a long 11 weeks. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
