Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 7 years as an office manager

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 7 weeks. I worked as an office manager before this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
