Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 7 years as a production planner

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Portland that might lead to something longer. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
