Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 7 years as a production planner

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Boise that might lead to something longer. Thank you in advance. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
