Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 7 years as a janitorial supervisor

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tulsa that might lead to something longer. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
