Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 6 years as an accountant

Mei Isaksson · 2026-06-29T01:26:02.038Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 6 weeks. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
