Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 5 years as a graphic designer

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Knoxville that might lead to something longer. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
