Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 4 years as an operations analyst

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Knoxville that might lead to something longer. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
