Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 4 years as an event coordinator

A retailer and two warehouses near Nashville are hiring seasonal staff. I worked as an event coordinator before this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
