Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 4 years as a payroll clerk

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 4 weeks. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
