Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 4 years as a machine operator

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Charlotte that might lead to something longer. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
