Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 3 years as a production planner

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Salt Lake City that might lead to something longer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
