Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 3 years as a janitorial supervisor

A retailer and two warehouses near Richmond are hiring seasonal staff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
