Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 18 years as a project coordinator

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Little Rock that might lead to something longer. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
