Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 17 years as a social media manager

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Sacramento that might lead to something longer. Any experience at all would help. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
