Seasonal jobs that might turn permanent after 16 years as a home health aide

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 16 weeks. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
